One Day Cooking Course in Tuscany Food enthusiasts all over the world appreciate Tuscan cuisine. The dishes are delicious and wholesome and are prepared using natural herbs, oil, vegetables, fish, meat, pasta and a little bit of magic from the fingertips of the chefs. If you happen to be in Tuscany and relish these dishes, you will be tempted to learn the essence of Tuscan cuisine. If you are interested and have only a few hours to spare, our Cooking School will teach you what you exactly want to learn in the Single Day Cooking Courses. The Single Day Cooking Courses are of two kinds: Introductory Class and Advanced Class Introductory Cooking Class at €140 per participant Enroll in our Introductory Cooking Class and enjoy a four-hour cooking class that will teach you all the basics that are required for preparing the traditional recipes. Our expert chefs will give you a hands-on cooking experience and help you to discover the techniques involved in making anything from appetizers to the varieties of pasta. The chefs will make use of the pasta you have prepared and also teach you to make various sauces that go with it. Based on the availability of the ingredients, the recipes will vary according to the season. You can also be assured of the use of only fresh ingredients for making the dishes. An optional market visit accompanying the chefs is available at € 50 per person. The option will be valid only if there are at least two participants. Advanced Cooking Class at €190 per participant The Advanced Cooking class (five hours) is for those who wish to have a little more than just the basic cooking lessons. You can expand your collection of recipes by learning to make some of the exceptional traditional and innovative Tuscan recipes from the chefs. Get a practical experience by making appetizers, meat and fish dishes, and pastas. You can also familiarize yourselves with the techniques of roasting, grilling, sautéing and making the Italian stalk. An optional market visit accompanying the chefs is available at € 50 per person. The option will be valid only if there are at least two participants. Booking If you require a pick and drop service to attend the cooking
class, please mention it in the booking form. We shall make provisions
for the same. It would cost € 10 per person and should be
